Having introduced the Lenovo A7000 smartphone in India this month,
the Chinese manufacturer has revealed plans to broaden its approach on
the blossoming budget segment.

Lenovo, at Flipkart's live flash sale event in Bangalore, has revealed
that they would bring a new variant of the A6000 with enhanced
specifications.

To be called as the Lenovo A6000 Plus, the forthcoming phone will arrive
with a 5-inch HD IPS display, a Snapdragon 410 processor (64-bit), 2GB
of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, Android 4.4 KitKat, an 8-megapixel
rear-facing camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter, a 2,300mAh
battery, 4G LTE and more.

We've yet to get our hands on the Lenovo A6000 Plus, but looking at the
hardware specs alone, we can begin to see how it compares with the
original A6000. Both devices have many similarities but very few
differences.

Although failing to offer more details on the A6000 Plus, it is safe to
assume that the new device from Lenovo should be unveiled in the coming
days.

For now, the Lenovo is very optimistic about the A7000 smartphone as it
does break the mold in terms of what a traditional budget smartphone
should look like. The device is now up for sale via Flipkart. The Lenovo
A7000 is priced at Rs. 8,999.
