Looking to buy a new Smartphone. Lets have a look at this month’s best 5 smartphones under Rs.10,000.
1.Micromax YU Yureka
When you give someone these days a budget of Rs.10,000 and ask them to buy a smartphone, then the first smartphone they are gonna approach is the Micromax YU Yureka. Micromax started selling mobile phones and became the biggest mobile seller in India replacing Samsung in just a few years, later in November 2014 Micromax started its new division “YU” smartphone brand producing devices based on Cyanogen, introducing its first device “YU Yureka”. This phone since its introduction brought a boom in the fans of Micromax. See the reasons below.YU Yureka gives you a 64-bit Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset which is immensely powerful, along-with a 2 GB RAM, which makes sure the phone runs really smoothly without any lags. The device runs on the CyanogenMod 11, which gives you tons of extra features & capabilities to customize it according to your wish & preference. There is a 5.5 inches screen protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The screen has 720 x 1280 pixels resolution which gives 267 ppi pixel density which is very much decent at this price. Then another considering thing is its pretty good cameras, 13 MP rear and 5 MP front camera. Its good 16 GB internal memory (12.5 GB user accessible) which can be expanded upto 32 GB. With the 2500 mAH Li-ion Battery the phone is good on battery too.
Well all this is what you will get in a smartphone costing Rs.25,000 but YU has brought all this for just Rs.8,999 on Amazon. According to us you can’t get any better at this price point.
2.Redmi Note 4G
Redmi Note 4G is the 3rd launch of Xiaomi in the Indian Smartphone market and it is yet again a promising smartphone from the Chinese brand. The device runs on a Quad Core 1.6 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Processor along-with 2 GB of RAM which delivers pretty good and fast performance. It has a big 5.5 inches screen with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution and 267 ppi pixel density. It features a 13 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera, the camera quality is decent for the price. The 3100 mAh gives enough juice to the phone. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G is available on Flipkart for Rs.9,999. Overall we feel, it offers pretty decent specs for this price segment.3. Huawei Honor 4X
Huawei is a recent player in the Indian smartphone market. The company has launched very exciting phones in many ranges. Recently the company launched Honor 4X at Rs.10,000. At this price range it competes directly with Micromax YU Yureka and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G. The phone runs on a 64-bit Quad Core 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 410 Processor along-with 2 GB RAM, which gives an overall good performance and efficiently handles most of the tasks. The design of the phone is simple and feels good, the textured back panel of the device gives a really good grip. It has got 13 MP rear and 5 MP front cameras, both the capable of producing crisp quality images. The main USP of the Honor 4X is that it has Dual Sim and both the SIM can support 4G LTE. The device has got 8 GB internal storage, expandable upto 32 GB. At battery’s point its has a 3000 mAh battery which is enough for powering such a device. Overall, it is a decent phone and could be a good alternate to Yureka YU and Redmi Note.4. Xiaomi Redmi 2
Then there comes the Xiaomi Redmi 2. Its predecessor the Xiaomi Redmi 2 was the one responsible behind creating such a chaos among various smartphone brands by offering so much for such a little price in the budget segment, and now Xiaomi is up here with its successor, the Redmi 2.The new Redmi 2 is a 4G device and has a 4.7 inch screen , runs on MIUI 6 based on Android Kitkat , powered by a 1.2 Ghz Snapdragon 410 Chipset , 1 GB RAM , 8 GB Internal Storage , 32 GB Expandable storage , 8 MP back camera and a 2 MP Front Camera , along with a 2200 mAh battery. However the company has disappointed its Indian Fans a bit as they all expected the Redmi 2 to be launched in the 2 GB variant along with 16 GB Internal storage which is already available in China. The reason behind demanding a 2 GB RAM was that it would facilitate much smoother running of apps than a 1 GB RAM device. The Device also has Quick Charge 1.0 which enables charging this device 20% faster than Redmi 1s. The device offers all this for just Rs.6999. For sure the Redmi 2 would have been a winner if it was the question of “best budget smartphones within Rs.7000″ but as the budget has been increased to Rs.10,000 so there are then other smartphones in the market offering better specs at a bit higher price.
