iBall Cobalt Solus 4G With 5-Inch Display Listed on Company Website
The dual-SIM dual standby based Cobalt Solus 4G runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. It features a 5-inch (720x1280 pixels) HD display offering a pixel density of 294ppi. The smartphone is powered by a 1GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage with no word on expandable storage support.
It sports a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with an LED flash, while there is a secondary 8-megapixel front-facing camera also on board. The Cobalt Solus 4G comes with 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth connectivity options. The handset supports Indian LTE bands TDD-LTE and FDD-LTE (2300 and 1800MHz). The smartphone packs a 2000mAh battery. It also features HotKnot file transfer technology, which is similar to near field communications (NFC) in terms of application.
Last month, iBall launched a new Andi-series smartphone, the Andi 4.5 O'Buddy, priced at Rs. 4,990.
The Andi 4.5 O'Buddy smartphone runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It comes with a 4.5-inch (480x854 pixels) FWVGA display. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 3.2-megapixel front camera, both accompanied by LED flash modules. On the connectivity front, the iBall Andi 4.5 O'Buddy offers GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. It packs an 1800mAh battery and comes with auto call recording feature. The company will be offering the smartphone with a bundled smart cover.
iBall Slide O900-C Tablet With 3G Voice Calling Launched at Rs. 12,999
The highlight of the tablet is it supports 3G connectivity and comes with dual-SIM support (one regular SIM and another Micro-SIM) with voice calling via handsfree.
iBall Slide O900-C features a 7.85-inch (1024x768 pixels) display and is powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM. The Android 4.4 KitKat-based tablet comes with 16GB inbuilt storage that is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). The tablet sports a 5-megapixel front and rear camera. The rear camera features an LED flash. The iBall Slide O900-C tablet supports USB OTG, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and Micro-USB connectivity options. It packs a 4000mAh battery. The company touts that the Slide O900-C tablet comes with multi-languages keyboard with read and write support for 21 regional languages.
Commenting on the launch, Sandeep Parasrampuria, Director, iBall said "iBall Slide 0900-C comes with big 7.85-inch IPS display and in 4:3 aspect ratio to provide users with excellent feel and comfort while working as well as watching videos, movies and video chatting/skype. The highlight of the iBall Andi Avonte 5 is its rotating 8-megapixel autofocus camera with dual-LED flash that can be used both as a rear camera and a front-facing camera. The smartphone also comes with read and write support for 21 regional languages, and system language support for 9 regional languages.

The bundles lenses included for the handset are zoom lens with 8x zooming power, fish eye lens with 175-180 degree viewing angle, macro lens with 10x magnification and 10-15mm minimum object distance, and wide-angle lens with 130 degree viewing angle.
iBall Slide WQ77 Windows 8.1 Tablet Available Online at Rs. 6,999
So far iBall has not officially unveiled the Slide WQ77 tablet for the Indian market, and at the time of writing, the tablet was not listed on the company's website.
The iBall Slide WQ77 runs Windows 8.1 out-of-the-box and the Flipkart listing claims that the tablet will be upgradeable to Windows 10 when it's launched later this year. It also comes with a 1-year Microsoft Office subscription, and 1TB of free OneDrive cloud storage. The online retailer for a limited period is also offering a free Teewe HDMI media streaming dongle worth Rs. 2,399 with the Slide WQ77 tablet.
It features a 7.85-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1024x768 pixels. The iBall Slide WQ77 is powered by an Intel Atom Z3735G processor (4 cores, 4 threads, base clock 1.3GHz, burst up to 1.83GHz) coupled with 1GB of DDR3 RAM. It comes with 16GB of built-in storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 64GB).
The Slide WQ77 tablet sports a 5-megapixel rear camera, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The tablet is backed by a 4000mAh battery, the tablet also sports connectivity such as a USB with OTG functionality, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. It measures 136.3x204.3x8.3mm and weighs 367 grams. The tablet is currently listed in Metallic Blue colour.
Last week, iBall in partnership with Microsoft India launched its first PC-on-a-stick device, Splendo. The Windows-based minicomputer, which is meant to turn a TV into a PC or Smart TV, was priced at Rs. 8,999. The iBall Splendo would go on sale in early July across the country and be available via online and TV retail channels. Much like other PC-on-a-stick devices, the iBall Splendo could also fit in a pocket. The device required to be plugged into the HDMI input of the TV and is claimed to provide a complete Windows PC experience.
